Payment & Shipping Policy
We accept payment through all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.

It is our goal to ship all orders within 2-3 Business Days of purchase. As a result of the coordination required between us, you, and your chosen local FFL's (gun store) whenever a firearm is to be shipped, there may be delays that are outside of our control. To speed up this process, have your local FFL send a copy of their license and reference your name by email, at Admin@AmrikaArmory.com.
However, in many cases, an order will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase!

If you believe our shipping calculator is charging an unreasonable fee for a particular order, please reach out to us so we can look into resolving the issue and getting your order processed. Shipping calculators aren't perfect, and we'd hate to lose your business over a computer error.
Sales of Restricted Items
All firearms must be sent to a valid FFL (your local gun store). Your items will ship once we've received payment along with a copy of the FFL paperwork from your chosen local gun store.
When purchasing anything from our store, it is the buyer's responsibility to:

Contact us and have all questions and concerns addressed to your satisfaction before completing a purchase.

Thoroughly inspect the purchased firearm once it has been received by your local FFL before completing the firearm transfer. Once the firearm transfer is complete, the sale is final.
Magazines or other items that are illegal in the buyer's location WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. If a firearm was purchased with magazines or other items that are illegal in the buyer's location, they will not be included in the shipped package. We apologize for this inconvenience, so PLEASE MAKE SURE that anything included in the item's description is legal in your location!
Return & Exchange Policy
Due in part to the complexity and restrictions of local and federal laws, all sales of firearms and ammunition are final. Sale of ammunition is considered final at the time of purchase. Sale of firearms are considered final when the firearm has been successfully transferred to the buyer by their local FFL. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all firearms returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.
All other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Amrika Armory, LLC.
All returned items must be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense.

Damaged goods. In the case of items that have been damaged or are otherwise faulty, please reach out to us at Admin@AmrikaArmory.com
Local Firearm Transfers: Firearms transferred at the location of Amrika Armory, LLC are the responsibility of the FFL or entity from which the item was originally ordered or purchased.
